Here we are in High Point, North Carolina at the Oak Hollow Campground. Nice and peaceful. We have a pretty location on a rounded end of land with a view of the lake
on all three sides. Only a few other people are in camp. The facilities are clean and nice. The laundry room is locked and unavailable due to the water freezing at
night; so they have to winterize the washers water lines.
We slept in and had no need to do anything in particular. Lucy enjoyed the opportunity to play and fetch and repeat. We just rested, read, played with hobbies and watched TV.
Other than JP starting to feel icky, it was a gentle, pleasant day. Found our way around town (especially locating the ShowPlace for the ICRBE - International Custom Rod Building Expo) and had a nice lunch at China King Buffet.
Spent the rest of the day in camp. There is to be a moon eclipse tonight. While cloudy, we caught glimpses of the moon as the clouds rushed by.
