Here is my story!!!!
-after HS graduation, I attended Chico State with Jim Carpenter and Toni Morrison, but quit after one year, during which time I worked in San Francisco at the phone co. for a year.

-I returned to Chico and earned a BA in Home Economics

-after college I married and went on to live in St. Paul, MN, Campbell, CA, Reno, NV, Davis, CA and eventually Woodland, CA where I have been for the last 27 years

-I have one son Jim, who lives in Louisville, KY with wife Elaine and daugher Danielle 9 and sons JJ (James JR.) 4 and Zachary 3

-I taught Home Economics at Lee Junior High School in Woodland for 30 years, retiring in 2009.

-my husband, Jerry, and I have a home in Wellton, AZ where we spend much of the winter, 4-wheeling, hiking and, all-in-all, relaxing. We enjoy fishing in Alaska, where we caught this halibut off Prince of Wales Island

-in retirement I am enjoying spending time with friends, quilting alot, RVing, especially to Bodega Bay, spending more time in Louisville and Wellton

-I am part of a quilt group which has been together 30 years, having just celebrated those 30 years with a reunion in March. We spend one week each summer at Lake Tahoe quilting, eating, laughing, napping, catching up with each others lives, all the good things in life

-my Mom passed away in 2004, while Dad still lives at Konocti Bay on the lake. We celebrated his 90th birthday this month and he celebrated by passing his driving test!! Brother Jim lives in Las Vegas.
